Silvestre - Technique
Connect the body, mind, and spirit with the universe power. Learn technical movement in an easy way! This class we work through a series of exercises that prepare the body and spirit to dance in complete balance. We dance through symbols of Afro Brazilian energies (Orixas) and the 4 elements of nature (Water, Fire, Earth, Air). Increase your flexibility, core strength, presentation and overall dance ability inthis class. Silvestre Technique is beneficial to the beginner and advanced dancer alike as you work with your own abilities and experiences. This class is more than dance, it is a meditation, a way of life, it is everything.

Beginner / Intermediate Afro - Brazillian Dance
In this class we focus on learning the basic movements and history ofthe Orixas (Afro Brazilian Gods and Goddesses). This is a powerful class that opens your body into the energies of nature ( forrest,storms, ocean, sky, lightning ,etc.). We also learn other folkloric and popular dances such as Coco, Maracatu, and, Samba Reggae. This class is fun and inspiring for all levels!

Begginer / Intermediate Samba
Learn everything Samba… well almost everything. This class focuses on Samba no pe, Samba duro, Samba de Roda, and Samba reggae. Every week we practice the various steps and combinations in samba and also building choreography. In this class you will improve your posture, increase your confidence and get in touch with your inner queen!!! This class is geared towards females… ;)

Advaced Pre - Professional Class
This class is for advanced students only who have been training consistantly in Dance Migration classes. We will be focusing on technique as advanced dancers in Afro Brazilian, and Silvestre along with perfecting our presentation and performance skills. We will alsobe building choreographies to be performed at various festivals and shows throughout the year. All students attending this class must attend mandatory class Monday & Sat, and cannot miss more than 3 Thursday classes.

Intermediate / Advanced Afro - Brazilian Dance
This class is a more advanced version of Tuesdays. We learn the movements of the Orixas but in sequences/ choreographies that are fused with technical movement. We learn the fokloric and popular dances suchas coco, frevo,maracatu, caboclinho, samba, and more! A great class to start your weekend!
